Adventure, Connection & Joy
A week in Brazil where nature, the body, and the experience remind you that paradise lives in you, too.
For a long time we were taught there's something to fix.
That we have to work on it, process it, improve it.
But…
What if you could simply enjoy life instead?
This retreat isn't about fixing you. It's about living.
A week where you'll:
3 nights to slow down, let go, and open the body.
3 nights in one of the most beautiful places in Brazil. Here, the experience becomes pure life:
The retreat wraps up on day 24. Anyone who wants to can stay on for the 25th on their own (not included) to unwind without rushing.
Activities are a general guide and may be adapted to weather conditions, the state of the sea, and the needs of the group. Our commitment is to care for the experience, always prioritizing safety and enjoyment.

Water activities may be modified according to sea and weather conditions. If necessary, they will be replaced with equivalent experiences that keep the spirit of the retreat, always prioritizing safety and the quality of the experience.
We didn't design a schedule. We designed a journey.
Each day was designed to hold a different stage of the experience: opening the body, building tribe, daring, enjoying, expanding, and integrating.
Some activities may change depending on the weather or the sea, because we believe part of inhabiting Paradise is also learning to flow with Life.
An exclusive guesthouse with ocean views and food that leaves you wanting more. Here, even the simple things become a pleasure.
An exclusive guesthouse high above Búzios with ocean views, its own pool, spacious common areas, and comfortable rooms with private bathrooms. The perfect place to slow down from day one.
Tropical fruit boards, freshly made juices, breads, cheeses, dishes with edible flowers, and lots of color. Food that nourishes the body without giving up the pleasure of the table.
We chose to leave internal transfers open, so each participant has more flexibility during the retreat.
We'll move mainly by Uber between the different beaches and activities. Each person can decide whether to share a vehicle with other members of the group to split the cost, or get around on their own.
We believe this approach gives everyone more autonomy, lets each person organize their time more freely, and makes the experience simpler for all.

Today there's a huge offer of retreats focused on healing wounds, working through trauma, or "fixing" something about yourself. We choose a different path.
We believe that when a person returns to deeply enjoying life — connecting with nature, with the body, with love, with a tribe, and with the beauty of existence — transformations often happen that could never have been forced.
We don't chase the miracle — we create the conditions for the miracle to happen. Because miracles don't happen from demanding them. They happen when we stop resisting Life.
We also deeply believe in coherence. The four facilitators live what we share. We didn't come to Brazil only to organize a retreat: we chose to live here because we feel this place taught us a different way of inhabiting life.
We know every beach, every corner, every trail, and every experience we offer. We don't design a tourist itinerary. We design a journey with meaning.
Another important difference is that this retreat combines two completely different settings. During the first days we stay in Búzios, a space designed to slow the pace, open the body, build tribe, and leave behind what we no longer need.
Then we move to Arraial do Cabo, where the sea, adventure, and vastness accompany a stage of expansion, joy, and celebration. Each place holds a different part of the journey.
We don't do this for tourism either, nor just as a job. We do it because we deeply love creating spaces where people can remember how beautiful it is to be alive. For us, this retreat is a form of service.
And that's probably the biggest difference: you won't find a team trying to convince you to buy an experience. You'll find people who feel an enormous privilege in being able to share what transformed their own lives.
Paradise isn't a place you arrive at. It's a frequency you learn to inhabit.
And perhaps the most important difference is this: we don't believe spirituality should be lived far from the world. We believe it can be felt while you laugh with new friends, while you share a meal, while you're moved during a ceremony, while you dive for the first time, or simply while you contemplate the sea in silence.

We stay in premium guesthouses, among the best in the region. These are spaces chosen so the experience is comfortable, cared for, and aligned with the energy of the retreat: rest, beauty, nature, and presence.
Yes. We can share the guesthouse details so you can extend your stay, at your own cost, for as many days as you'd like. Since we work with premium guesthouses, if your priority is saving money, we can also recommend nearby options at different price points.
No. Retiro al Paraíso is not a traditional tourist package. It's an experience of transformation, elevation, and conscious enjoyment. Over the course of a week you'll combine nature, adventure, body practices, meditation, integration spaces, tribe, and rest, in one of the most paradise-like places in Brazil. If you're not coming with a search for personal, spiritual, or conscious elevation, we believe this probably isn't the right experience for you.
Because each place holds a different part of the experience. The first days in Búzios are designed to slow down, open the body, build tribe, and leave behind what you no longer need. Then we move to Arraial do Cabo, where the experience becomes more expansive, adventurous, and celebratory. We don't choose two places for tourism: we choose them because each one accompanies a different stage of the inner journey the retreat proposes.
It includes: accommodation during the retreat days; all activities on the schedule; full breakfast around 10:00 am; dinner around 6:00 pm; permanent support from the facilitating team; sea activities, integration, body practices, and group experiences. The food offering is designed to support the retreat's rhythm. If you'd like, you can bring fruit, snacks, or money to buy extra food during the day.
Flights; transfer from Rio de Janeiro airport to Búzios; return transfer from Arraial do Cabo to the airport; internal transfers between beaches and retreat activities (mainly by Uber, at each participant's own expense); personal expenses; personal purchases; activities that aren't part of the schedule; travel insurance or assistance.
You can reserve your spot with a USD 330 deposit. The reservation secures your spot, locks in the current price, and lets you plan your trip with peace of mind. The remaining balance must be paid no later than 7 days before the retreat starts. You can also choose to pay the full amount from the start.
We want to reward those who feel the call and make the decision early. Reserving early lets you secure your spot, lock in the current price, get better flights, and plan your trip with time. We believe intuition often arrives before the mind's explanations do. Taking that first step is also part of starting to live Paradise.
Yes. We're not a travel agency and we don't issue tickets, but we can help you find the best options based on your city, dates, and budget. We usually search for flights using Skyscanner and Kayak, comparing schedules, layovers, airports, and prices. Purchasing the ticket is each participant's responsibility, but we'll gladly guide you to choose the best option.
The ideal is to arrive at Rio de Janeiro International Airport (GIG). From there we coordinate transfers to Búzios, where the retreat begins. At the end of the experience, the retreat wraps up in Arraial do Cabo, from where we also coordinate the return to the airport. If you find several flight options, you can send them to us and we'll gladly help you choose the most convenient one.
Ideally you'd arrive on the same day the retreat starts, with enough time to coordinate the transfer, although arriving one or two days earlier lets you adjust and start the experience more calmly. For the return, we recommend avoiding very early flights, given the travel time to Rio de Janeiro. If you'd like to arrive earlier or stay a few extra days, we can also help by recommending accommodations to extend your trip.
Yes. We coordinate transfers so participants can share a vehicle and split the cost. Approximate cost: USD 100 per vehicle per leg, for up to four people. The trip from Rio to Búzios takes about three hours.
Yes. The first edition sold out completely. For this new edition we expanded capacity to 22 participants, while keeping a close, cared-for experience with personalized support.
Yes, by default they're double rooms. If you prefer a private room, you can request one for an additional USD 440 for the six nights (subject to availability).
Yes. Many people arrive on their own. The retreat is designed to build a climate of trust from day one. You don't need to know anyone to feel part of it.
No. Just openness, curiosity, and a desire to live something different. All activities are guided and each person experiences them at their own pace.
Many people arrived without knowing how to swim, and for several of them it was one of the most transformative experiences. Luciano is a lifeguard and we have all the safety gear in place. You'll never be forced to do an activity.
Whales depend on the time of year. September isn't their usual season, so they're not part of the scheduled activities. If one happens to show up, it'll be a gift from nature — not something we promise.
It depends on your country. We recommend checking the requirements to enter Brazil.
The retreat includes support throughout the whole experience, but it doesn't replace medical assistance or travel insurance. Each participant is free to decide whether to get one for extra peace of mind while traveling.
Swimsuit, beach clothes, a sarong or blanket, flip-flops or sandals, comfortable sneakers, a light jacket, comfortable clothes for the practices, and something special for ceremonies and celebrations. A carry-on and a backpack are usually more than enough. Also, clothes in Brazil tend to be very affordable if you want to buy something during the trip.
Mild. Great for the beach during the day. In the evening it can cool down a bit because of the sea breeze.
When you complete your registration we'll ask for that information. We'll do everything possible to accommodate it.
Yes. There will be plenty of activities, but also spaces to rest, contemplate, walk, be at the beach, and simply enjoy.
No. We recommend all of them, but we'll always respect your process and your pace. We just ask that you keep good communication with the team.
You can do it by paying the USD 330 deposit by clicking the button on this site. Afterward you'll receive confirmation of your spot, the registration form, travel recommendations, access to the retreat group, and all the information you need to start preparing.
The cancellation and refund conditions are detailed in the Terms and Conditions . The refund percentage will depend on when the cancellation is requested.
Mainly in Spanish. Some Portuguese or English may come up. We believe the true language of the retreat is presence, heart, and love.
